Community Manager

We’re looking for a Community Manager who is great at fostering active communities, creating engagement events, and developing marketing campaigns. You hold a copy of the secret formula to good engagement and can articulate how certain blockchain projects succeed at growing their communities. You’ll help us by using this knowledge to map out a strategic vision that organically grows Flower Fam’s platform in the NFT space.

You need to have a firm grasp of the cryptocurrency landscape – duh! –  as well as a passion for all things NFT, from art and collectibles to memes and domain names. 

• 1+ years of crypto/NFT project marketing experience
• Knowledgeable perspective on strategic marketing 
• Comfortable running communities on Twitter and Discord, speaking in voice chats, and hosting events 
• Able to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Creative, and Ops to plan and execute strategic initiatives
• A passion for customer service and, on short notice, willingness to go the extra mile without hesitation
• A team player with a growth mindset and desire to work in a fast-paced, highly demanding, and ever-changing environment
• Able and willing to travel to industry events to represent Flower Fam and grow our communities
• Able to speak fluent English

• You have a background in or currently are a collector of NFT artwork
• You have an NFT portfolio (Send it to us!)
• You know how to create engaging social marketing assets (used on socials)
• You already have a large following in the NFT community
• You possess strong written and verbal communication skills
